Hello and welcome to ‘From Bristol To Brighton & Bach’ – A journey from there to here and the detours of the mind.

My writing journey has certainly not followed any particular route over the decades. In fact there have been many detours along the way and sometimes even the odd road block has been encountered here and there. Whether these detours or blockages have been caused by life interference or by my own writing lethargy is open for discussion but one thing I can say for sure, I have enjoyed the writing projects I have worked on over the years even though I still have a long way to go before I reach my ultimate destination. That ultimate destination may of course never be reached, I may simply run out of time – well if that is the case I will not let it concern me anymore, I will try to simply enjoy the writing I do. After all, there is no point in doing it if no enjoyment or satisfaction is gained from taking part in the wonderful art of creative writing.

Throughout the pages of ‘From Bristol To Brighton & Bach’ I will aim to post my random thoughts on whatever subject is occupying space in my mind at any point in time. I would also like to include experimental fiction writing and where appropriate, updates on my current long-term writing projects.

My main hope here is that you enjoy the writing I share.
